Excellent food lovely staff good...

Liked: Food at the Anglers Arms was excellent both dinner and breakfast staff were all friendly and welcolming nice location
Disliked: The rooms were clean but probably could do with upgrading but the general feeling of welcome and price paid made it an excellent choice

Liked: Our bedroom in top floor no 8 was great and spacious. Comfy bed. Lovely style. Nice breakfast. Great and friendly staff.
Disliked: Missing a luggage rack - used ironing board instead so I could access to my clothes at a comfortable height.

Great location for Brinkburn Priory

Liked: Great location for Brinkburn prior wedding event, lovely breakfast, friendly staff & plenty of parking
Disliked: Room 8 bed was a bit uncomfortable. The springs were digging in our bodies

Great value for money

Liked: Perfect for attending a local wedding. Our room was lovely, bathroom and room was very clean. Breakfast was great and the hotel is very good value for money.
Disliked: Practicalities of getting to the rooms out of hours, we had to go up some steps outside to get to our room due to there not being a 24/7 reception.

Tranquil, welcoming and a great...

Liked: Loved the location, the friendly staff and how they made it special for my wife’s birthday. The food and atmosphere was also lovely. Would definitely come back.
Disliked: Nothing. It was all great

Disliked: We were on the top floor. Which was a bit of a struggle for us.

Disliked: There is still room for improvement by the owners, there is in my opinion no excuse for mould growth in the silicone sealant in the shower area, nor window culls rotting away, come on owners put some repairs back into your investment
