Decent value for money, really...

Liked: The property was very nice and clean with clear signage, location was very good as I went to the O2 for a concert and which was just short bus ride. And a nice bar downstairs too.
Disliked: I thought the single room could’ve of been a bit bigger to be honest.

Very poor will not be...

Liked: Pub staff was friendly
Disliked: Night staff in hotel is very aggressive and rude , rooms could do with a good clean, and explaining what happens in an event of a fire would be helpful as building is very high if you staying on the top floor .

Perfect for O2 visit, pleasant...

Liked: The room was clean and well stocked with tea coffee and enough milk!! (So often there aren't enough of those little pots!!)Staff were friendly and it was ideally located for our visit to the O2. Sink in our room as one with a shared bathroom was helpful.
Disliked: Unfortunately the bathroom on our floor was out of order a large proportion of thr time we were there which was a little awkward as has to go up or downstairs for the next nearest one, although admittedly we spent more time at the hotel during the day than we might have. No signs for do not disturb, which might be useful.

Good place to stay in...

Liked: Great location, clean room, a sink in the room was very convenient. The staff members were friendly and helpful. I really appreciated being able to safely store my backpack for a few hours after the check out time.
Disliked: It was a bit noisy in the evening as you could hear everything in the corridor. Also, someone started smoking past midnight and you could feel the smell. However, the main issue was the night shift staff member and the guests having a long and loud discussion/argument in the corridor, which was a bit annoying.

Disappointing

Disliked: It was to loudly, it is for sure not a place for families, the party downstairs was till 2am and my kids couldn't sleep.

It was excellent stay with...

Liked: The staff were lovely and helpful and the room was perfect.
Disliked: We didnt realise it was a shared bathroom however it was always clean. The door to get in to the hotel needs a new lock as ourselves and other guests struggled to get in and had to get staff to unlock it from the inside. Also a little thing. The kettle didnt fit in the sink to fill it up.

Too pricey for the status...

Liked: Location
Disliked: Less than average. Only one set of keys. So one has to wait up for the other guests if coming home late. No lift too.
