Great charming hotel

Liked: I loved the vibe in this hotel. Very characteristic but also modern comforts. Lots of activity in the bars and restaurants. Very lively. Beautiful spacious room. Friendly people. I loved the restaurant. We had the best meal of our trip to Wales here. Breakfast was outstanding. Great table service, drink top ups. Loved the hospitality. The town is lovely as well. Parking lot behind the hotel.
Disliked: Nothing

Exceptional service and great value...

Liked: The service received was first rate … more like a five star than a four. Staff couldn’t do enough and their recall of personal preferences was exceptional. The rooms were clean comfortable and well serviced. The location right on the high street was super convenient
Disliked: One gripe was the parking lot is small …. Enough for twenty or so cars and we did struggle to get a space sometimes

Liked: The location was perfectly central; food exceptional and the staff were amazing and no detail was missed … would 100% stay again

Liked: Everything was brilliant. Staff were very polite and professional.
Disliked: The drinks were extremely expensive in the bars. I expected them to be a little higher but they were extortionate.
