Nice short stay

Liked: Our evening meal was excellent value for money, very generous portions. Breakfast very good too.
Disliked: No car parking on site, available free car park few minutes walk but not the easiest to find.

Welcoming, easy access to many...

Liked: The owners have worked really hard to make this a lovely, welcoming, comfortable place to stay. The breakfast was fabulous, and they locked our motorbikes safely behind the gates at the back of the hotel. Easy access to Wales and the Forest of Dean, and for us an ideal location for our journey home.
Disliked: Shower a little tricky to adjust, but lashings of hot water :)

Exceptional

Liked: Lovely old lady of a pub hotel.On the main square at Coleford.Shops within 5 minutes walk.No dinner.... No chef that night.( Hey... The guys need time out.) But breakfast was greatSmall railway museum up the hill.Cinema and other pubs.Kaplan's do a fantastic Turkish meal.
Disliked: Brilliant stay. Hot shower.Great room.
