Liked: The Staff were grate lobby is stunning.
Disliked: The room I was given wasn't cleaned to normal hotel standards let along COVID-19 10 point clean standards. When I arrived in my room there was hair all over the floor, bathroom and evening the table. The remote controls had layers of dust and dirt cake on them. The room wasn't clearly hoovered. When I spoke to reception they sent someone to clean the room and we had to wait a little while which we didn't mind as we were going out for food. But when we came back there were still clear signs of hairs and crumbles in places. We didn't bother the 2nd time as we were both so tired from traveling and from the heat.

Liked: The Staff was as helpfull as they could be. The Hotel was in the City Center
Disliked: The rooms we got, did not resemble ANY picture on Booking.com or the Hotel website. the rooms were very poor and run-down. They smelt musky.In one room the Air-con did not work and the other looked like there was blood stains on the carpet. We booked in for 4 nights, and left after only 1 night. The Car park is a Joke, if you don't get on it, parking elsewhere is £26+ p/night. and the hotel rent out parking spots to locals. So theres are only a few left.
