Beds are nice

Liked: The beds are the most comfortable beds I've ever slept on
Disliked: No one is really friendly at the front desk, if they are even there. The room has so much wear and tear.

Excellent trip

Liked: Hotel staff was very conscientious. Special call out to Mr. Willie the bell man.

Disliked: Significant water leak in the bathroom ceiling from the bathroom above our room.

Never again

Liked: Not much. Staff was nice. Was clean. Location safe
Disliked: Doors slamming all night. Weird design of floors. Patio attached to our room. Could open drape without seeing people in our window. TVs on till morning. 5 parking places. Awful

Phenomenal

Liked: From the very moment I walked in, the staff were all very courteous and extremely helpful when asked for assistance.

Liked: Location
Disliked: Room was in a much needed state of repairs. Flooring coming up, AC unit was temperamental, and furniture was past it is prime. Additionally, the bathroom was very small. "Free" breakfast was a huge disappointment with lack of food options, almost rotten apples, and poor beverage selection. Additionally, the breakfast room door wasn't even opened the second morning to grab a cup of coffee adding to the lack of service overall during my staff.
