Liked: Beautiful location, comfortable, interesting private and quiet separate cabin for the cost of a basic hotel room elsewhere. Helpful and friendly owner. Nice goats! Good coffee in the room.
Disliked: You can't really walk anywhere -- you need a car and everything is a bit of a drive (10 minutes to Mendocino). This is normal for the area and why it is so quiet.

Liked: There was a wonderful attention to detail with personalised notes and homemade biscuits, vintage finds, creative decoration. Kate at the front desk was kind and helpful.
Disliked: Only one thing, the bed was a little soft but I am waiting for a hip replacement so not the greatest judge as I have ongoing pain.

The perfect place to call...

Liked: The property is amazing and has fantastic views of the ocean through the trees across the highway. The rooms are so cozy and quaint with exceptional attention to detail- from the welcome note and homemade cookies and the extra towels left in the room to use at the hot tub, to the invitation to a complimentary outdoor happy hour in the tent with friendly goats. The decor is absolutely fantastic and we spent extra time in our room playing guitar and looking through the viewfinder from the 1950's!
Disliked: Nothing...everything was great!
