Disliked: The king memory foam mattress sunk down too much and made my back hurt. Felt like it should be replaced. Price was pretty expensive for being off-peak season.

Disliked: The room was very small and just didn't seem like it gave us a warm and welcome feeling. It was crowded with 2 of us and our stuff and kind of felt like sleeping in a closet

Pretty decent motel

Liked: The welcome bag was a nice surprise, the TV worked well, the bed was 6/10 in terms of comfort, lots of options to adjust the temperature throughout the space. They were welcoming to my dog!
Disliked: This place could be really nice with some small adjustments. For example, the pillows were incredibly uncomfortable & thin- anytime you laid your head on one part, the feathers would move to another section (imagine airplane pillows). The 3 signs about additional charges felt excessive, nickel-and-dime like, and made me nervous. The doors are sooooo thin that you can easily hear any noise from the parking lot, but was really only bothersome when hanging out in the living room. The shower needs to be fixed as the handle was very finicky and a 1cm adjustment was the difference between ice cold water & boiling hot. Although most of the place felt clean, the couch felt super dirty and stained. For over $200 for a night, the nickel-and-dime vibe felt odd. I had an issue with booking.com where I reserved & bought a pet room and then when I got to the hotel, they said the room they reserved for me was a non-dog room and I needed to pay an additional $40- so triple check the room you get & save the confirmation stuff (I only saved the emails and it didn't specify pet room or not).
