Nice location, good value, friendly...

Liked: The location of the Inn hotel is very nice overlooking Seneca Lake. The proprietors were very friendly and helpful. The balcony was a nice touch, but here is no barriers on the balconies for each hotel unit, which was a privacy issue. The motel unit was clean, but definitely older. I appreciated the refrigerator and the microwave. Good water pressure and temperature in the shower. My only issue was with the foam mattress, which I found uncomfortable, but others may like. I prefer inner spring mattresses.
Disliked: Put privacy barriers between the units on the balcony. Replace foam mattresses with inner spring mattresses.

I nice place to stay.

Liked: Clean and spacious nice view of lake. very nice place to stay we plan on going back in the summer.
Disliked: It was not bad was nice. Only problem which wasn't the inn's problem was power went out. Got cold but not the Inn's fault.
