Great location and facilities. Good...

Liked: Location is great and parking options excellent. Room was large, modern, good bathroom and was mostly very clean.
Disliked: We did notice a little hair in the room - so could've probably done with another clean. Not terrible just attention to a little detail.

Disliked: £170 for 1 night even in peak season is an excessive price . Only able to book in after 3 then out for 10.30 is not good . 19.5 hours in total for £170 !!! Also the staff member knocking on the door at 10.15 saying we need to leave was not acceptable when trying to get children ready .

Superb

Liked: Clean room, good location 5 mins to beach, bus on the corner to eastgate or skegness. Plenty of parking. Enjoyed our stay again .
Disliked: No wi fi
