Disliked: We was in room 101 which is located above the entrance and exit of the hotel. Could hear the door slamming when people where entering and exiting the building

Nice room, other guests appalling...

Liked: The room was fab, exactly what we expected. Good size and enough room for the cot too.Bathroom was good, shower pressure amazing and a decent hair dryer too. Staff were really good and deserve a medal.
Disliked: The mattress was a but hard, but I'm used to my super soft one so really a preference thing.The other guests behavior was disgusting, coming home totally plastered having to be taken to their rooms by staff, falling over in the hallways, screaming shouting and making as much noise as possible. Banging and crashing till 3am...with one particular guest being so violent and abusive we had to call the manager... more than one group of guests too and these are people with children, appalling behavior, my 2 children were more well behaved that almost all of the adults staying there. Blood all down the handrail in the morning. I felt sorry for the domestic team having to deal with that the next day. I hope if people are reading this who behave in that way in hotels hang their head in shame. It was by far the worst behavior I've ever experienced.

Liked: great staff. really looked after us. good bfast at bar below. worth every penny. 10%discount card very useful only thing could only use once.. room very clean well equipped tea coffee n biscuits nice touch. but must say again lady in reception and lady doin bfast very very nice..
Disliked: only down side we went march for 1 night . think heating went off in room about 7 at night didnt come back on till about 8.. so was quite cold during night.
