A real gem

Liked: Exceptionally friendly staff, spacious room, amazing treats and bed for our dog, delicious breakfast (best coffee I’ve had in London!) Shout out to Christian who is a wonderful ambassador for the hotel. Will stay here on next trip, a real gem.

Fabulous boutique hotel in great...

Liked: The décor and design were excellent and the hotel staff were friendly, very professional and very helpful. An easy check and out process.
Disliked: Breakfast was pricey -- very good 'continental breakfast' but £22 per per person was somewhat expensive on top of £350 plus room rate

Good location but lacks security

Liked: Convenient location with friendly and accommodating staff. The rooms were nicely furnished with all amenities for a 5 star hotel and clean
Disliked: The security is extremely relaxed. You can just walk in and either take the elevators or stairs to the guest rooms without any key control. Unfortunately, our room was broken into and a high amount of valuables were taken.

Easy, safe nic smell on...

Liked: Food. The bed.
Disliked: Staff did not say hello when guest came back in. Went for 40th anniversary and told hotel. No mention or thank you for choosing us. Also room did not feel like a 5 star hotel. Food at breakfast was delicious. Afternoon tea was not good. I had better and fresher scones elsewhere. .
