Liked: Location was great, room was small even though we were upgraded(how small was our original room allocation?)
Disliked: I had poached eggs for breakfast both over cooked-more like boiled eggs. Disappointing

Quality hotel

Liked: Excellent service. Some nice touches like real milk in the fridge for tea/coffee rather than those awful pods.
Disliked: Not their fault, but it's built above the tube line, some minor vibration late evening and early morning may interrupt your sleep. My partner didn't notice, so it's only a minor issue for some maybe...

We were given an upgrade...

Liked: It was clean and shiny in the lobby. The staff were attentive.We asked for iron and board and they were delivered within 20 mins.
Disliked: Bedroom furniture could do with an upgrade. Very dark wood doesn’t make the room look attractive.The bath robes were as stiff as boards if your supplying these to the customer soft and fluffy is the way forward in 5 star hotel!!
