Awful, absolutely awful!!

Liked: The property was conveniently located.
Disliked: I had no sleep the whole week!!! Staff knew about a person who always had his TV volume on full, all day and night, yet they did nothing about it despite my complaints and previous customers complaints (yes, staff actually told me that they get complaints about the noise from the same room all the time). Unfortunately I was in the next room to him. I had to try to get some sleep in my car, because the noise was so load I couldn’t sleep in there. I ended up feeling exhausted and very ill!!. I will not stay here again and I’m still waiting for a response and a refund, from customer support, that I requested.
