The Americus Hotel Trademark Collection by Wyndham

The Americus is even more elegant than pictured. The staff were pleasant. The room was clean.

Liked: Clean room and not crowded.
Disliked: Rooftop bar not open.

Check in was quick and efficient; staff was friendly; valet staff were wonderful; room was perfect; will definitely stay here again.

Disliked: Could not get the safe to work in the room.

Nice old hotel; PPL Center was one block away and many restaurants and watering holes all walkable.

Liked: Grandeur.

Comfortable and spacious room, amenities...

Liked: Room was large and very clean and beds were comfortable.
Disliked: Disappointed with the lack of staff. The poor front desk attendant on the morning we checked out was also our valet and barista. She also had to go and find someone for the restaurant when we wanted to order breakfast. We also inquired about the restaurant for dinner the previous night and was told it closed at 8:30 pm despite their guide in the room stating it was open until 9 pm, we now assume this may have been due to lack of staff? The few staff members we interacted with were friendly and helpful but we did choose this hotel for the full service aspect and did not find this to be available.

Wish the dinning was better...
