The Americus is even more elegant than pictured. The staff were pleasant. The room was clean.

Liked: Clean room and not crowded.
Disliked: Rooftop bar not open.

Check in was quick and efficient; staff was friendly; valet staff were wonderful; room was perfect; will definitely stay here again.

Disliked: Could not get the safe to work in the room.

Poor

Liked: Spent $35 for wallet parking available 24/7. When I had to leave at 7AM they told me that it was not available until 730. I have to walk to pick up my car in the parking lot a few blocks away. Breakfast was not available at 7AM. First time I saw something like that.Blood stains on the room carpet floor near the bad and incredibly bad odors from the furniture
