Superb

Liked: Location was very good. Easy walk to convention centre, ascwell as beach. Very good food options in walking distance. Most tourist options listed it as pick up option.
Disliked: Corridors were noisy at some times

Great location

Liked: Location was great. Minutes from beach, ships, restaurants, etc.
Disliked: Shower turned off and didn’t run at times. Need to stock up on pool towels for guest.

Loved the rooms, pool and...

Liked: Loved the location - near the main areas of Honolulu but a little bit out so it’s less noisy and chaotic The rooms were great sizes and very nice and clean!So many free amenities as well!
Disliked: The $100 a day charge per room

Loved our stay but the...

Liked: Great location very clean staff were amazing!
Disliked: Breakfast they sold out of items on the menu by 7:30am. Crazy!!!

Globally we recommend this hotel...

Liked: Excellent location, excellent view, really kind staff (especially Gerard!!). Very confortable bed, big bathroom.
Disliked: A bit noisy because the Ocean King View rooms are located right in front of the elevators be aware of that (however there’s an extra door so it’s really not that bad). The pool was not up to our expectations and sun beds were expensive! The balcony was not cleaned at all even at our arrival and also unfortunately even if the maid came every 2 days, she only changed the bedsheets, garbages and the towels but did not clean the room itself.

Pleasant

Liked: The breakfast was very simple with little quantity and no more choice. The waitress was very indifferent and impatient.
Disliked: The water pressure of the shower spray is very low and the water output is very small. It takes a long time to rinse clean. The sink drain is broken and cannot drain water in time.

Trendy hotel with cute beach...

Liked: The valet is awesome ($51/day) but WELL WORTH IT… This fee is actually non avoidable because it’s the only parking!
Disliked: Hot and stuffy! We bought a box fan at target!
