Definitely would never go back....

Liked: Beach access
Disliked: Almost too much to list. Unadvertised closure of amenities like the pool and balcony, cigarette ashes in the toilet, smashed bugs on the walls, stains on the sheets and beach towels, bird droppings all over the outside of the windows

The location and staff are...

Liked: This property is either undergoing a major renovation or, is slated to be demolished. Regardless, it did not feel safe and also needs a significant amount of work.
Disliked: support beams were installed on all balconies and garage.

The staff was extremely nice...

Liked: Proximity to the ocean
Disliked: Pool as closed n where to get food OR drinks between 9-4 … you either have to uber to a restaurant or buy a day pass at a nearby hotel if you want to have cocktails or lunch by the pool… or at all.

Worth another visit after all...

Liked: Location, oceanfront access, retro nostalgic feel
Disliked: Property under renovation so we had no access to the pool or our balcony which wasn’t disclosed when booking the reservation

Cheap and very basic.

Liked: Location is super. Right on the beach. Isabel was the nicest employee there.
Disliked: It is very dilapidated as it is going to be knocked down later this year so no money is being invested in its upkeep. The swimming pool has been closed for weeks. The lift doesn’t work properly as the doors don’t close easily. The breakfast is very very basic.
