Ask for a quiet room

Liked: Staff were very attentive at Breakfast
Disliked: Hardly slept. We were in room 14. We had to listen to neighbouring guests showering, then staff walking in and out of the kitchen, having their breaks and a squeaky door. It did quieten down once we complained however there was, what sounded like and extraction fan, turning on and off during the night. I had the worst nights sleep in any hotel i have stayed in. Disappointing.

Exceptional

Liked: Lovely place to stay. Accommodation very good. We had a Courtyard Room and it was lovely
Disliked: Only problem was that it was a steep walk up from the hotel to the Courtyard rooms.
