Liked: Everything wonderful experience !!!!breakfast is out of this world there is no end to it ! Wow ! I could not wait for the morning!!!!
Disliked: Nothing it checked all the boxes!

It was decent

Liked: It was clean and the people were respectful.
Disliked: I didn’t like the fact that it didn’t have no microwave in the room , I didn’t like the fact that the cafeteria close at 11 by the time it’s 10:30 they don’t want to let people in the breakfast time need to be a little later , the chargers was a little bit confusing at first they was charging my card a lot when I ask the front desk about it they say it just a hold .

Very disappointing stay, this was...

Liked: The pool is the best part of the hotel.
Disliked: Room wasn’t cleaned. After a full day of beach and pool, we came back to the room in the evening and it hadn’t been cleaned. Requested an extra bed and this was left to us to set up it was only delivered to the front door. Reserved a room for 2 adults and 3 children with breakfast but breakfast included was only for 2 and we would have to pay an extra $25 for each child. Breakfast is very basic 1 morning they made omelettes and waffles the following morning they didn’t. We left our kids football in the hotel lobby called 5 mins later and hotel weren’t very helpful. Shower takes around 3-5 minutes for the water to get warm and the draining is very slow.
