Liked: Wonderful view! Clean facilities, spacious room.
Disliked: There is nothing to dislike, however, travelers should know ahead of time that this is a Kosher hotel. This affects male vs female pool hours, food served, and the social experience in the hotel. Once you’re there, you have to put in a little work to figure out exactly what the rules are. Overall the experience was great, just know ahead of time that the hotel is Kosher.

Amazing hotel with warm service...

Liked: We had a fantastic stay! The staff was incredibly helpful and genuinely kind – they really made us feel welcome.And the breakfast? Just wow. So tasty and full of great options to start the day right.
Disliked: Honestly, there was nothing we didn’t like. Everything was spot on.

Liked: Good location. Everything seems new and in good shape. Comfortable beds. Good shower and water pressure. The rooftop pool is impressive.
Disliked: Could hear everything from the room next door during the night. Was shocked that the walls were not better or that the noise could travel so easily. Made it a very difficult night.

Disliked: No wash cloths, remote didn’t work, air conditioning wouldn’t regulate, price too high, too much traffic noise, valet wasn’t available when we returned,

Average place for luxury prices

Liked: Very clean and well maintained, room size was perfect. Staff upon arrival very friendly and helpful, allowed early check in, thank you for that. Breakfast was good, but Kosher food since this hotel seemed to be used mainly by Jewish visitors, but still tasted good and good variety available.
Disliked: Valet parking attendants seemed bothered when asked to bring out our car, but there is no other option if one wants to park the car there. Water bottle ready on the room, only on second glance did we notice the small letters saying that EIGHT Dollars will be billed to room if opened. Eight Dollars for a little bit of water seems way too much. On check out day, well before check out time, house keeping suddenly opened our room door without even knocking when my husband just came out of shower, very embarrassing moment.
