The Alloy King of Prussia - a DoubleTree by Hilton

Couldn't ask for better service, from a warm cookie at check-in to free lemonade in the lobby. Room was clean, upscale, well maintained and exceeded my expectations at a surprisingly affordable rate. Would stay there again without thinking twice!

Disliked: I didn’t like how rude the bartenders were last night and making my family leave the first floor allBecause we had our own pizza there to eat as a family. We even respected the rules of now outdoor food in the lobby, so we took it farrrrr in the back close to where breakfast is served where there wasn’t a sole. But then the bartender lady came back and then as we were getting ready to leave I guess we were not quick enough because she grabbed security. So for this I don’t believe I will be able to stay at this location again due to the stress it put my pregnant spouse in.

Liked: The nicest thing was the hotel bar/lobby
Disliked: We had flies in the room. We had severe dust. We had air-conditioning problems we had pipe problem so we heard noises all night. We had blood on the comforters. It was awful. We didn’t sleep at all.

Disliked: Parking terrace was a little rough and not as accessible as some hotels.

The stay had some challenges,...

Liked: The hotel is conveniently located near the mall, which made dining and shopping very easy and accessible.
Disliked: - The elevators are always crowded, and there are only two available for all guests. This often results in long lines, especially during peak hours.- The rooms are extremely far from the elevators.- My reservation included breakfast, I was surprised upon arrival to find that instead of full access, a room credit was added — which may not be enough to cover the actual cost of breakfast.- The corner suite did not have air conditioning in the living room area, which made that space quite uncomfortable during warmer hours.- Parking is limited and located a bit far from the main entrance, which can be inconvenient, especially if you have luggage.

Liked: Good location. Convenient self parking. Safe environment.
Disliked: It took a good 5 minutes to warm the water from the shower. Breakfast was not hot. Engineering was called to fix the toilet flush.

Liked: The receptionists were kind and helpful, the breakfast was good. The room was very big for one person.
Disliked: Air conditioning was loud and I was not able to turn it off, because the wall controller did not work. But the next day a technical staff came and fix the problem.There was a smell coming from the drain in the bathroom, so I closed the bathroom door.
