I had no choice but...

Disliked: The situation was unacceptable, and I had no choice but to leave. My room had no windows—only a glass door that opened onto an abandoned bar area. The door didn’t close properly, which made me feel extremely unsafe. I left the hotel without even using the bed, and they refused to offer any reimbursement. To make matters worse, Booking.com customer service was completely unresponsive. Despite multiple attempts to contact them, I never received a reply. A truly disastrous experience.

If you need a place...

Liked: The bed was comfortable. The desk staff person in the morning was very nice, and directed us to a cafe around the block to get coffee (which is not available at the hotel). Another hotel where if you need a place to sleep, and can skip the shower and drive straight home, it's fine. But for the price, it should be way nicer
Disliked: The hotel is ready for a major makeover. The room didn't feel clean, and the shower looked pretty gross - black (mold) caulking around what looked like a slab of granite placed in the middle of the shower for some reason. The elevator had a filthy mat on the floor with the day of the week (Monday) on it, which was replaced by filthy Tuesday the next morning. We arrived late (11:30pm) to check in, and the person who checked us in was especially non-communicative, as we had clearly woken them up. Not mean or disrespectful outright, but gave the impression that we were an inconvenience. Another place to put on the "no" list.

I enjoyed my stay and...

Liked: My room was very comfortable and had a nice view, and I loved the shower. Great location as well. Staff was friendly and helped me with directions to the closest subway in the morning.
Disliked: If there was a breakfast, I was not told about it.

Liked: It was clean afterall, nice stuff & helpful as they let us keep our luggage for sometime after we checked out
Disliked: Horrible location!!!!!! Although well-connected to subway but it was sooooo unsafe to walk around the area at night
