Liked: The staff was very friendly and helpful. Great location. Overall a beautiful hotel!
Disliked: The rooms are small, which wasn't an issue for us since we didn't spend a lot of time in it. But, something to consider.

Liked: We loved the great location to the Oriental Theater. Everyone was very hospitable and eager to help. The coffee bar in the morning and wine at night was a nice touch.

Location good, not worth the...
Liked: Location and staff. Decor was also good in lobby.
Disliked: TV was quite useless, positioned poorly, not facing Chair/Sofa or Bed. Also, would expect smart TV with subscriptions for price of room p/n.No coffee/tea in room - available in lobby. Minibar in room, consisted only of 2 bottles of water with a charge. Snacks etc. available in lobby, advertised with $10 credit, which I did not receive - notice posted in bathroom about being charged if toiletries, shampoo, conditioner etc. is taken.Room was at the very end of the corridor, WiFi was very poor - cellular/mobile data/5G was better.Lights beside bed flickered constantly. No switch for main light beside bed, only at door of suite, with flickering light, this became a nuisance.

Comfortable stay, pricing needs to...
Liked: The room had everything that it needed. Everything worked. Beds were very comfortable. the staff was friendly and the property seemed very clean.
Disliked: I booked this property through booking. I found the original pricing for the property competitive. Once I booked I got an email from Sonesta about a mandatory 30 dollar per night fee. That would add another 90 dollars for a three night stay. At this point, I could have cancelled the booking but I already spent an hour searching for rooms and I didn’t want to restart the process. I really think Booking should have included it in the original fee. Just in case you wondered, the 30 dollar fee gets u 2 bottles of water daily, coffee and scones, the use of the internet and $10 daily credit at their expensive restaurant. There is hardly anything at the restaurant for $10, it is another way to get u in the restaurant . One last thing, you will also be greeted with a $300 hold on your credit card for incidentals. They will release this after checking out.
