Disliked: The rooms are small, which wasn't an issue for us since we didn't spend a lot of time in it. But, something to consider.

Liked: We loved the great location to the Oriental Theater. Everyone was very hospitable and eager to help. The coffee bar in the morning and wine at night was a nice touch.

Disliked: The price for the size of the room was too high. The bath tub clogged up everytime you take a shower. As well as the toilet kept running. A reimbursement of $100 is preferred for accommodation

Liked: Belle Epoque style, very nice renovated caring of details. Lobby and Bar are amazing.We had a huge room, very confortable. Location is also great.
Disliked: Personal at the lobby not particularly friendly, rest of the service was great!
