Liked: Great Location..! Start Of Old Town Alexandria.
Disliked: N/A

Disliked: You have to go to the bar area for any type of soda ,water, coffee or tea and it’s a very long Wait.

Extra expenses charged based on...

Disliked: Soda splashed on the walls by the entrance to room, Bobby pins, curlers, rubber bands used for someone's braces or hair, and other trash found on the floor (clearly did not vacuum), some kind of black mold on the wall behind one of the bed boards by the AC unit.

Amazing pet friendly stay with...

Liked: The hotel’s location is great. And the staff were very friendly with my puppy and helpful with all our questions
Disliked: Wifi tied up to sign up for joining their member club

Liked: front desk employees were very nice but incapable of fixing problemms
Disliked: air conditioning was non functioningin my first room 332 and staff knew it, I was relocated to 330 but a/c was inconsistenttwo o f three elevators were out of service, one guest was stuck in elevator causing fire company to extract her, I had to walk down three flights of stairs twice, wait 12 minutes for solo elevator, restaurant a/c was not working and staf was not pemitted to open windows so a guest opened them so we could breathe. I expressed concern at check out and got no accommodation, was told I had to talk to manager, of course he was not there
