What an amazing hotel. Comes with cutlery and plated plus a near full kitchen. Flat screen TV's so you can plug a computer or gaming console in, and openable windows. Such a perfect little place.

Liked: The amazing staff and comfy beds.
Disliked: None.

This wasn't a 5 star luxury hotel, but I didn't expect it to be. The woman who was running the place was really friendly and helpful. The room was small, but besides a bed and a bathroom also included a stove top, a microwave, a fridge, a kitchen sink, a desk, a TV, a couch, and a window AC. What else could you want? In the mornings there was a pile of complimentary newspapers by the elevator. Parking was $5 a day, but once there we were able to leave the car and just walk everywhere. The area felt safe enough - though I was walking everywhere with my husband - if I was alone, I may have been a little wary late at night. I was pleasantly surprised and would stay here again.

Liked: Friendly staff, free wifi, mini-kitchen.

Liked: I like the receptionist attitude I also liked how the room is quiet and I could sleep at night.
Disliked: I didn't like the room smell when we first entered, but it disappeared eventually when we ventilated the room. I also didn't like how they use a bad exchange rate (from USD to CAD). It's worst than US banks, I wish I have brought CAD dollars with me.

Liked: location
Disliked: Bed was the worst and air condition did not work properly. The air condition just made noise but no cool air. They said no smoking and reception area was reeking with cigarette smell.

Great place to stay in...

Liked: 5 mins walk onto Queen's St. Plenty of food near the property. It's a short walk to everywhere. We walked to the CN tower from the hotel. There are so many things to look at along the way. Or you can get a daily TTC pass in the Shoppers Drug Mart on Queen's St and the Streetcar is just down the road. The room looks like a studio apartment with small kitchen. They provide pots and pans, plates, and utensils in the cabinet.
Disliked: There is no vent in the room for the cooking, so no heavy duty cooking or else your room will smell like food.

Liked: The staff were friendly. The facilities were adequate for our needs.
Disliked: We booked at a busy time for Toronto but thought the cost was more suited to a 4 star hotel rather than a 3 star hotel in an average neighbourhood.
