What an amazing hotel. Comes with cutlery and plated plus a near full kitchen. Flat screen TV's so you can plug a computer or gaming console in, and openable windows. Such a perfect little place.

Liked: The amazing staff and comfy beds.
Disliked: None.

This wasn't a 5 star luxury hotel, but I didn't expect it to be. The woman who was running the place was really friendly and helpful. The room was small, but besides a bed and a bathroom also included a stove top, a microwave, a fridge, a kitchen sink, a desk, a TV, a couch, and a window AC. What else could you want? In the mornings there was a pile of complimentary newspapers by the elevator. Parking was $5 a day, but once there we were able to leave the car and just walk everywhere. The area felt safe enough - though I was walking everywhere with my husband - if I was alone, I may have been a little wary late at night. I was pleasantly surprised and would stay here again.

Liked: Friendly staff, free wifi, mini-kitchen.

Overall, it was a satisfying...

Liked: The location is excellent?near the China town? and easy to access the TTC system. Moreover, We had a wonderful view to see the CN tower. The staff there is kind and gracious.
Disliked: The facilities seem not brand new.

Nice hotel at nice location

Liked: close to the park, bicycle rental spot, and best vegetarian restaurants in Toronto - Buddha's and Greens, and also Kensington Market, Art Gallery of Ontario - great attractions. Not for from downtown.
Disliked: Sometimes slow Wi-Fi

Not coming here again

Disliked: The building looks way different in photos. The area was sort of scary. It was in walking distance to quit a few restaurants and bars which was nice. But still a little unsafe feeling walking there. The lady at the front desk who checked us in was very rude. I had an empty soda that I still had in my hand and I set it on the counter to sign and she snapped at me saying NO drinks on my desk. I was like im so sorry it's empty anyway. She points to the trash. Just overall not a good experience. The room was clean to an extent but very old bed and comforter just seemed dirty. My pillow still had 2 little black hairs on it. For the price spend an extra 40 bucks and get a decent hotel.

Liked: I didn t know or hear bout any breakfast ?? That woulda helped with the $$ part?
Disliked: It is an older building, but had aged not to badly. Kind of expensive for what and where it is, but it was clean and quiet, so all in all not bad .. $10 parking is a bit of a thing :( ... Would be better if included in price.

Okay for the price but...

Liked: The view from the rather small window was spectacular. It was the highlight of the stay.
Disliked: Could have been cleaner. Bed had roll together. Blind on window fell apart. Stove elements worked only sometimes. Kitchen rubbish was never emptied. Power outlets sparked when used.

The little GEM that COULD!

Liked: The STAFF were AMAZING!!! So friendly and helpful. They made us feel comfortable for our stay. The rooms were just what we needed, a place to shower and sleep. The beds were comfortable and we actually had a view of the CN TOWER (Rm 313). We will definitely be staying here again, again.
Disliked: It could use a few upgrades in the washroom. New tub, toilet and sink. Also a new microwave would be great.
