Good

Liked: The City View and location for what we needed.
Disliked: No microwave in the room. The front desk took out more money than they should have for incidentals (yes we received this back but, it was an inconvenience at the time).

Disliked: I discovered There was a condom wrapper in the bed. I was alone. The manager offered 10,000 points to my Bonvoy account. I want a refund for my stay.

Very good

Disliked: Didn’t accommodate our original room booking. We booked a 2 bedroom suite for 4, but they gave us a single king bed room. Parking was $55, which is offensive.
