Excellent stay at great value...

Liked: Staff were incredibly responsive via text and the facilities and room were great for the value!

Not going again

Liked: Location was really convenient. Can walk to the lakeside and nearby restaurants! Has air conditioning and a ceiling fan.
Disliked: A bit dirty. There were some cobwebs which means it hasn't been that recently cleaned. I saw some bugs here and there. The towels weren't that clean either. Lights weren't that great. The fans were loud and I was able to hear it in the morning and at night. Sounds from outside were really easy to hear.

Liked: Location was good , 6 min walk to lake ..and easy drive to other locations
Disliked: Room had no a/c , was told since I scheduled thru 3rd party we get a room with fan , wich was actually not bad , just odd ...also really loud plumbing in showers , room next to us turned on shower about 6 am and sounded like a alarm was going off , woke us up ...

Disliked: everything, the outlets are all shot, the bed was the most awful bed i’ve slept in ever, the option for a bath wasn’t there even though there is a tub, no soap was provided

Fine for price and location

Liked: The location was perfect for what we were doing in town. Beach and restaurants across the street, walkable, other popular locations close by with car. Pretty cozy. Overall we would stay here again just for the price and location, but cleanliness of the rooms and facilities could be better.
Disliked: It was weird not seeing any staff in person during our stay. Also i was disappointed with the cleanliness of the room. The floor was really gross and it looked like they cleaned the bare minimum but hadn't done a good clean in a while. Weird orangey mold or goo on the ceiling. Would've been more understandable if it was a stain, but there was a lot and it just wiped off with a dry tissue. Also unknown sticky spill by the night stand, yuck. Under the bed was super dusty and had an old piece of food underneath? It had not been cleaned in a while. Also there was a window in the bathroom that was pretty worn which was fine, but the fact there was some trash stuck to it was kind of gross. Just a lack of attention to detail. And bare minimum sweep through

Liked: The two story hotel building with large parking lot surrounded with huge pine tree and located close to the commercial (food, grocery etc).
