Perfect.

Liked: So clean, sheek and unique - such friendly staff and good tv, shower and breakfast.
Disliked: The only thing I would change is - I ordered Prosecco on arrival for my Boyfriend and I - and I would have liked it to be set up in the room ready, just for that supprise element.

Underwhelming, not everything is as...

Liked: Aesthetically pleasing to look at, comforting vibe as you enter the hotel.
Disliked: when booking a four star hotel, paying over £100 for one night i expected to have a better nights sleep than at home with no disturbances. Constant loud noise coming from the ceiling pipes which are visible right next to the entrance to the room. i have not slept at all. I can not express how intrusive the sound is.

Overall, very good stay for...

Liked: Very handy location. Bright and clean lobby - welcoming front of house team.Lots of choice at breakfast - some great choices that could be cooked to order as well as a good warm buffet.
Disliked: ‘classic’ room needed a bit of care and attention (carpets had threadbare areas & a few strange stains), but the bed was exceedingly comfortable and overall perfectly fine for a one night stay.

Disappointed at the lack of...

Liked: Great property - generally!
Disliked: The room (suite) was absolutely gorgeous. But I had no hot water in my room - I ended up having a cold shower and needing to us the hair dryer to warm myself up. Very beautiful venue but such a simple and basic let down.

Lovely hotel, but hit and...

Liked: Hotel is lovely inside, decorated well and a nice atmosphere.Staff are friendly and will help you if need anything.Good food and nice restaurant.
Disliked: The noise - We stayed on a Saturday night most recently, so you could expect some noise but were kept up till 2am with drunk people creating a lot of noise outside the hotel, we were on the first floor so was much closer to the street to hear this. You can also hear through the walls. The pipes in our room were also so noisy, they look nice but you can hear anytime someone flushes the toilet or showers which again was very disruptive to our sleep. Basically if you are a light sleeper, you might struggle! We like staying here but this isn’t the first occasion we’ve experienced this. Water pressure and temperature is sub-optimal at times - can be waiting a long time for heat.

Pleasant - 3.0 out of 5

Nice enough, and reasonably comfortable.

Liked: The room was fresh and clean. The renovated suite was nice also. The laundry service was also good and value for money to get done. After travelling for almost 2 weeks this was in need so was appreciated. Breakfast meal options available were tasty also.
Disliked: Staff were pleasant I suppose, but not overly friendly. I paid for an upgrade for breakfast as I mentioned but unfortunately missed out on the first day as I was told breakfast finished at 11am, when I had gone down to reception to ask that morning. I did not get the time wrong. When we arrived for breakfast at 10:20am we were told sorry it's to late it finished at 10am. 11am was the weekend so apparently the receptionist got confused about what day it was at the time. That was disappointing and now we are still waiting for our refund. The room was lovely but being able to hear running water throughout the night through the exposed pipes is an deterrent. There is also no phone in the room so you have to rely on a mobile number to text/call via whatsapp (a little annoying to be honest!) Sorry to list negatives, but there is also no GYM or space to even do your own workout apart from your room, for a hotel this size you would expect them to have this facility.

Liked: When asked about free upgrades to the room including love heart balloons for my partners birthday these were provided. Very nice room, easy check in and out. Would stay again.
