Confortabld stay and helpful staff...

Liked: Clean and spacious, it suited me to have a self contained self catering cottage for my stay.
Disliked: Hot water not working, one out of four spot lamps in the bathroom working. Doors and windows on the cottage long overdue replacement.

Best stay - already booking...

Liked: Most stunning place I’ve ever been - perfectly situated with amazing views over the Loch, and a very short distance away from the bigger mountains which we visited daily.

Liked: The location and comfort of the hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful. Good choice of food, well cooked and good presentation. Stayed for 2 nights - 21st-23rd April
Disliked: The length of time it took to have breakfast on our last morning. The front of house staff (one only) was run off her feet. The kitchen staff must have also been short-handed as it took a long time to receive any cooked food. When checking out 15 mins later, I was surprised to see management sitting at reception. The management on duty has to step up and help. Shame on you.

Liked: Great location and friendly, helpful staff. Dinner and Breakfast were great overall. Views from our room were spectacular. The shower pressure was amazing! We used their electric car charger - full charge for £30 which was OK value and convenient. Special mention to Ethan the Duty Manager - very helpful (and entertaining!)
Disliked: Our room (Room 2) was in need of refurbishment. Just felt very tired. Most of the hotel was the same to be honest
