nice stay in a hotel...

Liked: Lovely scent in the air as you walk into the hotel. Friendly staff. Nice big room, great shower, luxury bedding. Room service was on time and perfect. Surrounded by good restaurants and coffee shops.

Disliked: I was double charged for this stay. I paid through Booking.com then got charged by the hotel directly. I’m awaiting resolution on this issue.

Liked: It was conveniently located. The restaurant food was good.
Disliked: Upon arrival, the front desk girl with the dark hair was not very warm and welcoming. The room was nice but the whole time we stayed there they never refreshed our room or gave us new towels. If we did we’d have to ask for towels. It was way overpriced. Who was the offer?

Liked: Dog friendly, good location. Accommodating, friendly staff.
Disliked: It’s no Kimpton. Though billed as a “Boutique” hotel, it lacked a luxe bed & bedding as well as curated touches that make for a great, unique & memorable stay. It felt more like a La Quinta or other pedestrian chain hotel.

Liked: The hotel is beautiful. It has an old time feel to it. The location is great. The staff was friendly and helpful. The wallpaper is gorgeous and the little details in the hotel are very unique and fun.
Disliked: To start, there is NO close parking. You have to valet or walk half a block to a large parking garage. The sheets were scratchy and loud. The bed itself was hard and the pillows were too thin and very uncomfortable. There is no ventilation in the bathroom (shower steams up the mirror and the toilet room... well there is no fan.) For over $400 a night, it was not worth it in our opinion. There are plenty of other options in St. George.
