Nice

Liked: Very nice. Quiet, clean, never had a bad stay and have stayed there many times.
Disliked: location not the best, but doesn't bother me. Plenty of places to eat nearby.

Good bang for the buck

Liked: From check- in to check out, the staff was very accommodating. I stayed at the Adrian for a few days while recovering from an injury that occured during a visit to the city. The whole mishap felt more like an extended stay rather than a convalescents thanks to the staff here
Disliked: I'm sure I could find a few things but all in all well worth it due to nature of stay and all aspects involved.

Overall great price, great staff...

Liked: They were very accommodating. We didn't arrive or reserve a room until 1am and did not realize until we had arrived, that technically our booking was for the next night. The staff was more than helpful with getting us in that night. Room was clean. We had the one with the private bathroom. I personally think the extra 10 dollars is worth it.
Disliked: If you aren't used to it the neighborhood can be a little intimidating. But even at 1am there wasnt anyone out in front of the building like there had been in previous stays.

Liked: Nothing. I never actually stayed at the Adrian, because I was moved to Bay City (128 Jones St) at the last minute. I was boarding a plane LAX bound for SFO, and got the text that I was being moved to Bay Hotel, at 128 Jones St.
Disliked: Not being moved at the last minute. This is something that I have never encountered in any travels anywhere. Though Bay City was not that much farther from where I had to be in SFO, I would have preferred to have not been moved at the last minute.

Liked: Being away from the hotel.
Disliked: Stained sheets on arrival. Only 1 flat pillow, no bathroom light, shower was cold up until last 2 days of stay, very loud noise and music and sirens from outside all night and regular arguing, banging and screaming inside during the night. Twice I asked for extra pillow and both times never got any. Very bad ghetto neighbourhood. Felt uneasy the whole stay.
