Lovely "old school" hotel in the middle of everything downtown. Gracious lobby and lovely staff at every turn. Will definitely return!

Liked: The rooms are comfortable and well appointed.
Disliked: Slowness of the elevators.

Everything was great from the time we arrived and we will be back next stay in Dallas.

Luxury stay with everything you...

Liked: The executive suite was so spacious and accommodating for my birthday. The roof top pool was nice on the weekend and had the best drinks. I’ll definitely be booking again for my next event.
Disliked: It’s a little noisy at night which is expected with it being in the heart of downtown Dallas.

Liked: The road side rooms are very noisy, very expensive compared to the provided facilities. I booked a suite for almost 4k USD and surprised the suite was with no breakfast included.

Gorgeous art deco luxury hotel...

Liked: A beautiful luxury looking hotel with great facilities.
Disliked: The toilet flush did not work. However, when reported it was promptly fixed.

Liked: Room was very large. Nice pool. Cigar lounge and breakfast place.

Beautiful and relaxing!

Liked: Absolutely beautiful! Top class equipment in fitness center and lovely rooftop pool. Our larger suite was plenty of room for our family of 4. I can see the potential for noise issues but other than the thunderstorm outside we only heard noise once from one neighbor. Morning check out front desk (young woman and gentleman whose sister is from Tampa) and valet staff were very friendly. Cafe near front of hotel had delicious breakfast offerings that we could bring on the road. We will definitely return!
