Lovely "old school" hotel in the middle of everything downtown. Gracious lobby and lovely staff at every turn. Will definitely return!

Liked: The rooms are comfortable and well appointed.
Disliked: Slowness of the elevators.

Everything was great from the time we arrived and we will be back next stay in Dallas.

Disliked: Old and out-dated and in some areas, run-down. it was also seriously overpriced and absolutely not value for money. The hotel charged an additional compulsory $25 per day amenities charge adding $75 unanticipated dollars to my bill. additional hotel added 20% compulsory gratuity to every service. my simple manicure at the hotel spa cost $147.60. That’s simply crazy!!!!

Liked: Great location! The staff was amazing!! Beautigul building..Girls trip here was a blast. Right across the street from ATT tower (tons of restaurant options) & close to AAC. Will definitely stay again!!

Liked: Great room and bar staff excellent. Porters and valets were phenomenal.
Disliked: Front desk was terrible. Uniformed, sent me on a wild goose chase. Never called when room was ready, porter had to get someone from back office to man the reception, six people waiting.
