A good place to stay...

Liked: It was a slightly exceptional experience. I went into the room and the lights were on, music was playing, it was warm inside. Very unlike many other hotels. You could feel really good there, it looked almost like home.A great plus for a rich vegan breakfast - I wouldn't expect it from a place like this.The car park was also larger than you would expect from this location.
Disliked: The room could have been slightly cleaner in some spots, but the staff was ok with my suggestion.

Fabulous family stay made even...

Liked: Welcoming friendly staff,Delicious and hearty food . We have been lots of times and always found it calming and relaxing . This time was different as we bought the family .Our two daughters and granddaughter. They were so surprised at how big the room was and loved the decor . We all had a fabulous time .
Disliked: The little one had filled her nappy and they didn’t want it to stay in the room .So I had to find a bin outside the property to put it in .Also some areas need a touch of paint or a good scrub eg some walls tea spilt down it or around door handle and switches .

Liked: Ambience, decor and interior design. Very comfortable, spotlessly clean rooms, very pleasant helpful staff. Great location for us.
Disliked: Disappointed with dinner. Waitress greeted us with a very large list of dishes not available. I suggested it would be quicker to tell us what was available! Four off the starter selection, three from main course, and only three left on dessert section. We had booked the table for 7.30pm not very late. When our main courses arrived the green vegetables were practically raw, they didn’t even register on the Al Dente scale. Disappointing.
