Disliked: Beds are super tiny. Elevator is the slowest moving object on the face of this planet. Was taking a shower and the water turned scalding hot on me and would not get any cooler. Hotel has so many issues! Go elsewhere!

Disliked: Access to only one elevator during the remodel was inconvenient but understanding.

The Admiral is a nice...

Liked: We were cruising out of Mobile and the Admiral offered a convenient location to the cruise port.
Disliked: When we arrived around noon, we called to see if our room was ready. We were told it was ready. When we arrived at the property, the person at the desk told us we could not check in until 4 PM. That was not amusing.

Disliked: Hotel is undergoing renovation - hence, no valet parking - had to park in private lot next door; no restaurant. I would not have booked hotel if I had known about the ongoing renovations and resulting loss of services/amenities.

Disliked: They keep moving the door for check-in but that should change soon!

Liked: The construction situation is ridiculous, the noise, dust, and constant “what door am I going out of” is awful. The non locked or secure front doors, lacks security, the door doesn’t even open all the way. My phone in the room didn’t work, after asking multiple times, nothing was open as far as accommodation. Absolutely disappointed. We have black listed this hotel as a company and will never stay again.
