We had a lovely stay....

Liked: Location was great. Decor really nice. The staff were so helpful, especially with our special dietary requirements
Disliked: Even with the windows closed the early morning sounds, road sweepers, power hosing walls across the street, were very loud. Maybe better quality windows would help. Also the window frames were full of cobwebs and thick with dust at the top.

Bellshill a waste of money

Liked: Staff useless breakfast menu useless other staff even more useless it's run by Indians management security and lower level staff the whole place is a joke plus an extra 12 euros to park you car in the car park what a joke plus car park is tiny about 10 spaces the whole set up is a JOKE DO NOT BOOK OR STAY HERE !!! END OF!!!

Liked: The hotel was in a great location The staff was very good food was good bedroom was clean comfortable
Disliked: Booking hotel it was 50 euros charge for breakfast extra but you could walk in and only pay 30 euros for breakfast per room

Nice but pricy.

Liked: It was new and clean, and an easy walk to shops and local action.
Disliked: The room was small and noisy. We needed to keep the windows open for air and could hear traffic all night. In addition, there was noise from the stairway and a rhythmic pounding every twenty minutes from an unknown source.
