Pleasant

Liked: Rooms are nice and staff are very friendly. Not too far to walk to almost all attractions.
Disliked: The area around the hotel isn’t the nicest, but central and easy to reach other places. The spa is expensive for what it is (it’s quite small) - it seems a shame to ask guests to pay extra for it.

Excelled experience

Liked: The staff were so so lovely and welcoming. As soon as you enter the hotel, there’s a lovely clean smell, nice warm environment and just over all a lovely setting !
Disliked: No complaints about the property, this is our second time staying, love it both times !!

Sleepless in Dublin

Liked: Great Location & excellent shower facilities.
Disliked: Very poor air con which failed completely, a portable replacement took an hour to arrive & barely made a difference. Room temperatures of around 30C degrees does not make for a comfortable night's sleep, Fridge in room didn't keep anything cool & food for onward journey spoiled. Breakfast very average & poor value. Made-up cordials are not fruit juice!

Different price to my booking

Liked: The room was perfect and the bars are excellent
Disliked: I made a booking on Booking.com at £302 but was told the bill was £320 on arrival. No explanation was given.

Liked: Great location, comfy beds.
Disliked: The air con in bedroom was terrible and the window wouldn't open.I felt some of the staff could have been more pleasant and informative.Room 341 smelt of damp.
