Passable

Liked: It was near the dart station. The staff were friendly and helpful.
Disliked: There was no support in n the mattress. A red light flashed on the ceiling all night and the light behind the mirror flashed on and off all night.

Central location, friendly and helpful...

Liked: Isabel on reception, was so friendly and helpful on arrival. The hotel looks like it was previously a station so it has a quirky interior, beautifully decorated reception, bar and parlour. Staff were lovely and helpful. Ideal location for sightseeing in Dublin, really close to all the shops and opposite the Connolly train station and Luas. Bed was very comfortable and room was quiet - we had a good nights sleep. Lots of choice at breakfast too. Spar and food options really close by.
Disliked: Air Con wasn’t great in the room, didn’t feel particularly cold. Bathrooms could do with updating but they were very clean so that didn’t really matter. Coffee machine rather than kettle in the room which could be used to make a tea but not ideal. More expensive rate for bank hols I think but that was the case for most hotels.

Uncomfortable and disappointing

Liked: Room was nice bed comfortable
Disliked: Like a sauna, no windows to open and aircon was blowing out hot air even on the coolest setting, too uncomfortable. Also wanted to use the pool facilities after check out but weren’t allowed due to “insurance reasons” but any other hotel allows it so extremely poor would have been nice to be told that on check in. Weren’t given a key to the lift either

Good location - enjoyed our...

Liked: Address Connolly has a good location a short walk to the main city centre area. We were delighted to be upgraded to a Junior suite, which made our stay! Upper floor, balcony with a view and lots of natural light flooding the room, sorry,…..suite!!
Disliked: Due to location there was a bit of noise from the street - and some noise from returning revellers in adjacent rooms, but it did not spoil our stay.

Mental price and ridiculously close...

Liked: The rate for the room was extortionate and the dart passing within 3 ft of the window was unacceptable
Disliked: The rate
