Liked: Hotel was very pretty! Room was nice and clean. Breakfast was awesome! The chef at the omelette bar was very nice!
Disliked: They should have told us the elevator was down on the web site. I would not have stayed there if we would have known. We have a baby with a stroller. There was no way to get it up. We had to get our stuff up to the 3rd floor boy was that hard!

Liked: Wonderful beds and pillows. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Quiet location, dark at night.

I was there man!

Liked: The staff was great and very detailed at check-in. They have lots of amenities. I was able to check in early. Lots of open parking available. Great view of the mountains. Thick window shades were nice as the setting sun would have burned up the room.Also, the a/c was good and cool.
Disliked: Broken elevator, it wasn't fun carrying my cooler up a flight of stairs, but it was clearly being worked on, not a huge deal. The bathroom was updated and very nice, other than the toilet seat which looked like it hasn't been changed since WW1. It was all very clean but with that many scratches and discoloration it takes away from the other great updates they had done. The bed was ok, not the best but my back didn't hurt when I woke up like other hotels.

Liked: The buffet breakfast is always great. The variety of items,omelets,waffles and other choices even delicious oatmeal. Other hotels just have instant oatmeal that you make yourself. Hotel waitstaff is always alert and ready to assist. Dinner could have more choices on the menu.The breakfast waitstaff exceeds all expectations . Bedding is like new,never worn.
Disliked: Dinner menu. More light in the pool area.
