Liked: Great location. Clean rooms. Pool and game area fun for teens. Breakfast was delicious, a little chaotic though.

Liked: The staff was fantastic. Everyone was very welcoming, helpful and pleasant. The evening food options were limited but the breakfast was very good. Again, the staff was the highlight.
Disliked: A little out of the way, and the atrium restaurant was cold. I'm sure it has to do with the size of the area with soaring ceilings.

Dirty hotel & brown water...

Disliked: The hotel was very dirty! The rooms were clean but facilities were dirty. They have a good breakfast but it was not kept clean. While they were making omlettes food and droppings were spilled about. We own a restaurant and this was gross knowing proper protocol. We couldn't take a bath as the water was coming out brown. It cleared up alot by the time I could take pics
