Liked: Outside looked like a lump of concrete but inside was very nicely decorated and clean. Staff very helpful without asking!
Disliked: Had to pay for parking but was not much. Didn’t actually have time to explore surroundings but didn’t seem to be that much around except industrial buildings.

Liked: A Family-Friendly Stay Thanks to BenWe recently stayed as a family with young babies and were thoroughly impressed by the outstanding level of service—especially from Ben at the front desk.From the moment we arrived, Ben was exceptional. He went above and beyond—promptly arranging a fridge in our room so we could safely store milk for our babies. He also ensured there was a cot set up for them, anticipating our needs before we even asked.At bedtime, we realized the infants weren’t quite warm enough, and Ben kindly offered to warm their bottles in the hotel kitchen. He did this without hesitation and with genuine care—it made our hectic evenings feel so much easier and more comforting.
Disliked: Receptionist at Leisure Centre has a rude and condescending behaviour.
