An enjoyable weekend break to...
Liked: There is a good choice for breakfast at the buffet, with additional options made to order. The hotel is well positioned in the town, with a good selection of restaurants and cafes within walking distance. Walking up the Great Malvern hills is a challenge but worth it to see the views. The Elgar room offered a comfortable king size bed and all the usual facilities for a hotel of this class.
Disliked: It is very difficult to find the car park to the hotel, some signage would be really useful.

An excellent base for visiting...
Liked: The hotel was the centre for my wanderings. A good breakfast set me up for the day - and on returning, when not over-crowded, a good meal in the restaurant and a drink in the bar to relax.
Disliked: What with a wedding party, a travelling group & one till in the restaurant - it was over-crowded.

Grest location but overpriced &...
Liked: Hotel location was great and plenty of parking spaces .The staff were very friendly and helpful. Had some food in the bar on the evening which was very nice and reasonably priced. Rooms were good size with tv and tea and coffee tray. There was an ironing board but no iron .
Disliked: Our room was a bit dusty and could have done with a vacuum between the single beds. Mattress and pillows were hard so very uncomfortable to sleep on . We could also hear noise from the wedding disco and guests leaving after the wedding . Food at he bar on the evening was very nice but the Buffett breakfast was awful lukewarm and tasteless and everyone queuing for toast and hot drinks . Wasn?t at all impressed with the breakfast, In fact we left it and went to a local cafe for hot freshly cooked one . Bit overpriced for one night stay .

I am booked in later...
Liked: The location was very good as I was attending the Quilts show at the three counties show ground and it was a real treat to hear the bellringing practice at the Abbey.
Disliked: Though the room was tastefully decorated the view was horrendous , old pebble dashed building that you could almost touch from the window and other mishmash of buildings. room was very hot in the night. The breakfast was ok but in a four star hotel you wold expect the hot food to be cooked to order! I also had dinner at the hotel and I did rather expect table cloths or if not those then the table to look tasteful !! What facilities are you supposed to have in a 4* hotel??

Food was good, room awful.
Liked: Breakfast very good.
Disliked: The room 307 awful. The room and bathroom dated, windows didn?t open properly, bed was so hard, pillows you would of thought they had paving slabs in. So hot in the room, a fan was supplied but made a loud noise when switched on. Still using bars of soap instead of dispensers,Shower control useless and with a shower curtain round the bath, really, In this century! For a supposably Executive Room at £160, terrible. Sleepless night, then having to attend funeral and after drive back to Cornwall. The only reason we stayed was because i was attending my brothers funeral the next day and had no choice.
