Liked: The hotel is a piece of Malvern history.
Disliked: The furniture in the hotel is very dated (old fashioned rather than antique) and in need of urgent refurbishment.The staff were not service/customer focused.

I was really impressed with...

Liked: Our room was spacious, clean, comfortable bed and well equipped. The breakfast room was well set out and the breakfast was good with plenty of choice. The location couldn't be better, within easy reach of the abbey itself, shops, walks and the theatre.
Disliked: There was one coffee pod for making a cup of coffee and it would have been nice to have tea/coffee making facilities, especially for first thing in the morning prior to going down for breakfast.

Comfortable and welcoming stay for...

Liked: Very warm welcome from the reception staff as I arrived, room was easily accessible for me (I use a crutch most of the time to get around) only two little steps to walk up. The room was spacious and the bed was nice and comfortable. I did have a slight mishap with pressing the wrong button on the tv remote causing it to go to a blue screen but one of the staff was more than happy to come and show me how to fix it (I had accidentally changed the source -oops!). The breakfast had a good selection , the cooked options were excellent and the staff were friendly. I did sit for a little bit on my second evening in the Priory Bar, the staff were again very friendly and I must say you do a very nice hot chocolate. Check out was nice and easy.
Disliked: The only downside is that there is no EV charging on site, the nearest chargers are situated on Victoria Road Car Park (Opposite The Splash Leisure Centre) which are about an 8 minute walk away and they aren’t fast chargers.
