Great location, good breakfast options...

Liked: Great location. Breakfast available. Nice buffet with good choices.
Disliked: Uncomfortable bed.Bathroom door was frosted glass, so let light into the bedroom. No blind in the bathroom, so security light and vehicle lights kept waking us up. Housekeeping did a cursory job. Ice bucket, bottle and glasses from the first night were left for the duration of our 3 night stay.

Not up to standard and...

Liked: Room was good but did not have a walk-in shower and only had a very small TV.Breakfast was very good.
Disliked: Restaurant staff for the Friday evening dinner were amateur to say the least. Food was not up to standard and our white wine was not chilled. Moreover I was lied to.

Great location and a beautiful...

Liked: It is a beautiful building and the rooms are a nice size. The location is excellent for the centre of Malvern. Breakfast was good.

Perfect location, amazing breakfast.

Liked: The Abbey is in the perfect location for exploring Malvern. The hotel is lovely, staff are great and the breakfast is exceptional.
Disliked: The bed in our room was very uncomfortable
