Liked: Everything from the friendly staff, the spacious comfy rooms,the location to town. Best motel in Goulburn,we have stayed there 4 times now everytime we drive to NSW from Vic, wouldn't stay anywhere else in Goulburn.
Disliked: There was nothing we didn't like, no complaints at all.

Liked: It's clean, modern and well-located and the shower is like a fire hose, unlike some so-called four-star and five-star city hotels.
Disliked: What is it about Australian motels that they insist on burdening us with doonas? What's this obsequious kowtowing to an inappropriate European standard? We live on the driest continent on Earth! How many people from Germany, France, the Netherlands or anywhere else in Europe are going to visit Goulburn, in numbers that would justify this ridiculously unsuitable practice? It means one of two things: (1) either we pull the doona out of its cover and use the cover as a sheet (necessitating its replacement by the cleaning staff); or (2) we sleep under the doona with the air-conditioning on, even in winter, which clearly negates any consideration of the environment, not to mention the cost to the motel. It's NUTS!! And why force us into King size beds, only to use sheets that are too small? Much better Queen size with sheets that fit. See the photo - the sheets don't tuck in, which leads to a very uncomfortable night's sleep. Shameful!!

Liked: Spacious room, easy access, great location, amazing bathroom, very clean, great communication with Michelle even texting to check we were all fine!When returning we will stay here😎
Disliked: My bed was a bit soft for me.
