Pleasant

Liked: Location was perfect for us.
Disliked: Breakfast in the morning would have been very convenient, nothing special if even tea, cereals and toast. At least it would be something to start the day with. As we were a couple, a double bed would have been better rather than a twin room. There were very few people staying there so it should have been possible.

Liked: Comfy beds super hosts and location.
Disliked: Room temp was cool downstairs for my elderly mum.Tea and milk needed replenishing which hosts did when we asked.

Disappointing

Liked: The Location is good for access to Reading town centre
Disliked: Confusion over my booking of a Twin Room. The hotel was able to accommodate but I had indicated Twin when booking the room.

Waste of my money

Disliked: 1. No heating in the room 2. Shower hot water control was absolutely terrible. Water is extremely hot and unable to have a shower. 3. Double bed I booked was uneven and uncomfortable. I will never stay there again, total waste of money, should have gone with Pent house hotel
