Exceptional

Basic but clean and comfortable

Liked: I appreciated being given an upgraded room - it was basic but had everything I needed. Location was close to shops, restaurants and the local railway station so it was all walkable. On the downside, the internal sound insulation was poor so there was some noise from rooms downstairs. And the lighting in the room was very dim.

Great value place to stay....

Liked: Off street parking, excellent price, really great welcome and service. Definitely will stay again if I'm in the area.
Disliked: Actually, there's nothing I didn't like. If I was being super fussy, I would say the shower curtain in my room wasn't quite long enough, and the hot water wasn't instant. Obviously, I am really trying to find areas for improvement just for the sake of the review. These are observations, not complaints in anyway as they didn't bother me at all.

Liked: Clean, spacious, nice clean bathroom, good wifi. Definitely would come back. The staff was very friendly and upgraded my room as I arrived late and it was the only vacancy. I traveled for business.

Disliked: This was my 2nd stay and again my room was very cold despite the radiators working
