Liked: The location is great, and the area is clean and quiet. The staff is very kind and accommodating. The hotel is exceptionally clean and well maintained.
Disliked: The only thing we minded was the soundproofing of the room. The hotel is in a quiet area so there's no external noise, however, you can hear the steps of people above you very loudly and the noise from people closing and opening the doors. It is almost unbearable if you are a light sleeper and people are moving around late at night above you. It caused quite a bit of anxiety and restlessness, however, the second we brought it up to the staff they let the party above us know to mind their noise and they provided earplugs which helped tremendously.

Liked: The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The hotel is in a great location.
Disliked: However, the check-in process was a major downside. I couldn’t complete the pre check-in on the requested date due to a system restriction. When I tried on the arrival date, the system didn’t allow me to finish. I reached out to support but only received automated messages that didn’t help.Upon arrival, I spent almost an hour at reception just to get the access code to enter the room.Security also felt lacking—anyone can access the floors since the elevator doesn’t require a key or code

Liked: It was 500 meters from the sea and had air conditioning.
Disliked: I am very dissatisfied. I stayed with my husband for 7 days. And they didn't come even once to clean the room. We had the same towels for 7 days and the floor was dirty as well as our trash cans were full. Despite our requests for cleaning twice, the receptionist said he would take care of it and of course he fooled us both times as I said no one came to clean even once.There is no soundproofing between the rooms. Excessive noise even during the night.

Liked: Great location, friendly staff, comfy bed, silent room. Smooth check in.
Disliked: They didn’t check on me for 3 nights if I need new towels, shampoo, cleaning floor and so on. I’m not sure cleaning should have done by request but that was no signs left in my room to indicate any cleaning requests. I only stayed for 3nights so it was okay if I stayed longer I would needed more towels and cleaning for sure….
