Disliked: We were surprised to not have a cleaning service every day but after explanation we understood The room does not have a good noise isolation

Liked: All was perfect.
Disliked: We stay 6 nights, but they never cleaned the room so that, since there was a lot of sand on the floor, because we went to the beach, one evening I had to ask for a broom at reception.

The shower in my room...
Liked: The room is ok, but the shower in my room is bad. It is absolutely not with the level of a hotel by Marriott Bonvoy. Hot water did not work, I told them and they did not fix it.

Disliked: This is an apartment without services. No breakfast, no bar, no parking, no room services neither room cleaning during our 4 nights. This is just a place to sleep at competitive price in Miami, something not easy, but do not expect anything else than just a room

Liked: The room and the bathroom were both excellent — clean, comfortable, and well-maintained.
Disliked: Unfortunately, the service was disappointing. The front desk seemed to have no communication with housekeeping, and when we lost an item in the room, it took over an hour on the phone with Sonder to try to resolve it, as even the front desk had no direct contact or phone access. Overall, it doesn’t operate like a traditional hotel, but rather more like renting a room through Airbnb.

Very convenient to avoid Collins...
Liked: A low profile hotel a few streets from downtown Miami Beach. Close to the beach (a couple of blocks), in front of a park and at a short distance from the Botanical Gardens and the Convention Center. Staff is friendly and Leo, an Argentine guy at the front desk, is especially helpful when needed.
Disliked: No breakfast available but tea, coffee, etc are at hand.
