Liked: We travelled to do the local parkrun which meant we wouldnt get back to hotel in time forbreakfast. Very helpful staff accomodated our late breakfast by arranging for us to pick up some breakfast rolls after the end of breakfast time.Location for perfect for us ten mins walk to the parkrun andcwe enjoyed the local beach which was a good swimming spot.
Disliked: Only negative shower was small and wrak wstet pressure

Disliked: Only thing that could be improved is the insulation of the rooms. Have stayed several times before, staff great! Wish weekday breakfasts were available until 9.30 or 10.

Liked: The breakfast was vey nice however not a lot for the price
Disliked: The rooms was outdated and had a smell of smoke which was not nice

Disliked: Unfortunately, and I have encountered this elsewhere, the shower doors do not open sufficiently wide for larger guests.

Liked: The property was in a good location with plenty of parking. Room wasn’t ready on arrival and despite requesting in advance to arrive for 2pm it was gone 3pm before we could access our room. Room was serviced daily which was nice. Bed was comfortable but the room was hot. Fans located in the room for use but would have been nice to open a window if they had secure locking which they didn’t. Room was quite dark and shower needed a good bleach and replacing as very dated. Toilet seat needed replacing and shower kept getting stuck on hot. The water was extremely hot. The TV had no working remote and we did ask for batteries which they didn’t have - we did purchase more ourselves but the remote had no backing and just wouldn’t work. This made using the television quite difficult and a little dangerous as you had to use a switch on the back which was small and hard to locate. This was disappointing. The walls were really thin - we could hear the next occupants snoring and showering!! Staff on the whole were friendly but we had to ask for tea and more juice most mornings as they had run out. The bar and restaurant coups do with redecorating and new carpet/ furniture. Food was hot and plenty of toast tea/coffee if you asked for it. Staff vaping at the bar when we left breakfast on the second day which I didn’t think was appropriate or allowed?
Disliked: Decor Noise in roomsBar facilities Cleanliness Attitude of some staff Would of liked more selection for continental breakfast options ie yoghurt, fruit No provision for alternative drinks ie decaffeinated coffee or oat milk which is now readily accessible
