Liked: Booked at extremely short notice after not being able to stay at the Shurland hotel and gym as that hotel was filthy.On arrival received great customer service and the rooms were as described on the booking but was clean .Breakfast was good and again lovely customer service

Pleasant did what I had...

Liked: Very accommodating staff very helpful
Disliked: Did not like at 6 o’clock in the morning a coach running outside the room every morning

We really enjoyed our stay...

Very good

Liked: Very friendly staff. Very clean. Plenty and wonderful breakfast. Food is delicious. If there is something you need the staff will provide. We have stayed at Abbey many times and our family friends and relatives have also stayed there. We would not stay anywhere else when come back to the Island.

Not good value for money

Disliked: Dated, the shower didn’t work and the bed was broken, I slept in the middle of it chase the mattress was sunken in

Liked: Breckfast starts at 6.30 and was very good room was ok too

Disliked: Rude and unprofessional and They steal property from ur room I have reported a crime of theft if my keys and bank cards

Liked: Reasonably priced easy access and nice breakfast was included
Disliked: The only recommendation would be it may be time for some new mattresses ..( just saying )
