Great staff, great location

Liked: Breakfast included, parking available, location, the staff were brilliant, particularly Dylan who was polite, friendly and helpful, also the lady on reception. Name badges for staff would be really helpful. Our stay was good value for money.
Disliked: No Cask Ale, when it became available it was cloudy

Liked: We thought it was a boutique hotel and that we had got a bargain deal. Staff were very friendly but it did seem short staffed too.
Disliked: It wasn’t as plush as we thought it would be . We struggled to get parking as it is also a restaurant and spaces were taken up by customers of restaurant only.

Great value

Liked: was perfect: close to Abbey Fields and the castle. The room, 3, was fine, quiet and clean. There was limited free parking until the end of the day after our o/n stay. There is a council carpark if you are unlucky. This is a very good value for money option.
Disliked: Somehow the restaurant lacked ambience though the menu looked good so we ate at the pub opposite.
