Does the job for us...

Liked: The location is perfect for breaking our long journey. The building is very characterful and in a delightful setting. The rooms are very clean, bright and comfortable with lovely hot water and cosy beds. The staff were friendly and helpful and the food is of reasonable standard.
Disliked: It is clear that there is a high staff turnover as we have never met the same staff again despite our frequent stays. Also there was no one on reception and had to go and find someone to help as there was no response to the bell. The ladies toilets were out of order which was a problem after a long journey before we were able to check in.

Would stay again

Liked: Great location for old Kenilworth High Street and Castle. Room was clean and tidy. Breakfast was good. Represents value for money
Disliked: Noise from the street outside around 11pm as pubs closing, there are several other pubs nearby. Was quiet after that

Liked: THE STAFF IS VERY HELPFUL, THE BED WAS COMFORTABLETHEY UPGRADED US TO A LARGER ROOM FOR TWO NIGHTS BECAUSE WE WERE THERE FOR FIVE NIGHTS AND THE DOUBLE ROOM WAS ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE FOR TWO FRIENDS TO STAY IN. THE LOCATION IS VERY GOOD, NEXT TO A LOVELY PARK AND POND.
Disliked: THE ROOM WAS TEENY TINY, AND DEPRESSING NO COLOR OR NICE DECORATIONS. THE BATHROOM LIGHT HAD A LIFE TO ITS OWN, NO PROPER MAT IN THE SHOWER UNTIL ASKED FOR. NO PLACE TO PUT YOU BAGS EXCEPT FOR A HORRIBLE CUPBOARD. THE PICTURES ON BOOKING DO NOT REFLECT THE REALITY. THE BREAKFAST WAS GOOD WHEN YOU GOT IT, THERE WAS ONE MORNING THAT WAS SO BUSY THAT WE LEFT WITHOUT IT. WE WERE REIMBURSED.
