We had an excellent 3...
Liked: The Inn was fairly empty when we checked in. Meghan at the front desk made extra effort to pick us a very nice room. She said that if we weren't happy with the room she would happily give us another to check out.

Poor
Liked: Great location in a rustic hold fashioned hotel. Right in the center of town leads the place to be super walkable to all sorts of store, restaurants, and a brewery.
Disliked: Room we received 2nd floor rooms 17 felt like a glorified closet. The room location felt like an afterthought and barely fit a queen bed.Significantly different than the picture made me believe.

Liked: The Staff are always friendly there, and helpful with any questions. The Big one is location, easy walking to almost all that you'd want in Littleton, it's all right out the front door.
Disliked: There are some quirks with some of the facilities.

DONT Stay Here!! Dont Go...
Liked: The location
Disliked: The Pics on line are not the kind of room you receive. Rooms are sub-par, the front desk staff should not be in customer service field. They tell you one thing, and even have it documented within your reservation, then give you something else and then REFUSE to refund your money. Stated the cancellation policy was 7 days. YUP!!! NO Refund!!! I booked a 3 night stay. When speaking with their front desk regarding the reservation, they told me that pets are sometimes with guests. I told them I don't want a room that had pets. I don't care for the smell and am allergic. They said not a problem. They would accommodate me with a hard wood floored room without carpets. I was ecstatic. Was excited to stay in such a beautiful historic place. When I got there, their front desk was closed. So they left me the key. The room was a tiny room with very old worn out carpeting. There was also a smell as well. The furnishings were subpar and could have gotten at any garage sale. I decided to try and make it work. I was in the room for 20 minutes when my eyes started burning and watering. My noise started running, and my throat started to react as well. I contacted them via text, to let her know I was having a sever allergic reaction and can not stay here. She stated there was nothing that could be done until morning since no one mans the front desk. I told here I'm not sleeping in my car. She said to get another room else where. Which I did. I also called the number left in the envelope with my room key. Its to use in case of something urgent. They told me nothing could be done until morning. I asked them if there was an Urgent Care or at least a 24 hr pharmacy since it was now 11:30PM. She said no. I left the key, parking pass and my registration paper at their desk with a note stating I needed a full refund. I wasn't going to take another chance. I stopped by on Friday morning, Ive been very respectful and calm to this point.
