Liked: Stunning property, room when 1st see was too small considering the heat, but reception were great when we asked to upgrade, very small charge for an amazing large room absolutely beautiful
Disliked: The only negative was room didn’t have a fridge, which room was big enough,

Exceptional

Good value and ideal base...

Liked: Location and Breakfast being cooked to order rather than just a "hot buffet". A good selection of cereals and other options for breakfast. The bathroom was clean and modern shower worked well.
Disliked: There was no fridge in the room. It was also very very hot in the room; whilst I understand it did not promise Air Conditioning; we were lucky that I took portable fans from home without which I think we would have cooked!

Liked: Evening meal was very good. The bar area was very pleasant.
Disliked: On our last morning our breakfast hadn't arrived after 25 minutes. When we queried this we were told it was the next order in line. When it eventually arrived, it was lukewarm.

Liked: It was very convenient for me. Clean and good attentive staff . Room newly decorated very good facilities. Extremely good breakfast.
Disliked: I got a parking ticket though had entered reg. Had to make a call to cancel it.

Convenient location needs a lot...

Liked: Convenient to where my mums funeral was and ease of checking in and out and the restaurant was very nice and the food was lovely.
Disliked: We stayed on the 3rd floor where the rooms are being refurbished. there is only one chair in the room and it was so uncomfortably hot it was unpleasant.Also there was constant building work going on. And no staff available to mention about the heat and no air-conditioning and the window did not open enough. Its been like this since my last stay in December. how long does it take to get a hotel refurbished
